Graybridge Software is committed to protecting users’ privacy and to processing personal data in compliance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Italian law.
Graybridge Software collects the following categories of personal data:
Browsing data: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited,
date and time of access. This data is collected automatically while browsing the site.
Data provided voluntarily: first name, last name, email address, phone number,
company name and any other information provided by the user through contact forms,
quotation requests or newsletter subscriptions.
Service usage data: information relating to the use of the software platforms
provided by Graybridge, including access logs, configuration preferences and telemetry data
necessary for the operation and improvement of the services.
Personal data is processed for the following purposes:
a) To respond to contact requests and provide information about the services offered.
b) To manage and perform contractual relationships with customers.
c) To send commercial communications and newsletters, subject to the user's explicit consent.

unless otherwise requested by the user or required for contractual reasons.
Contract data: retained for 10 years after the termination of the contractual relationship,
as required by Italian tax and civil law.
Browsing data: retained for a maximum of 12 months in aggregated and anonymized form.
At the end of the retention period, data is securely deleted or anonymized.
Under Articles 15-22 of the GDPR, users have the right to:
Access: obtain confirmation of whether personal data is being processed and access their personal data.
Rectification: request the correction of inaccurate data or the completion of incomplete data.
Erasure: request the erasure of their personal data (right to be forgotten).
Restriction: obtain the restriction of processing in the cases provided for by law.
Portability: receive their data in a structured format and transfer it to another controller.
Objection: object to the processing of their data on legitimate grounds.
To exercise their rights, users may write to privacy@graybridgesoftware.com. Users also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali, the Italian Data Protection Authority).
