Polyurethane and Neoprene Adhesive Production
For il cliente, international leader in spray neoprene and polyurethane adhesives, we designed and implemented an entire production plant. The project included nine parallel production islands, complex recipe management, automatic quality certificate generation for raw materials and finished products, and a cloud SCADA for centralized supervision.
MEYN — Maxiload TWIN for the Poultry Sector
Direct involvement in the teams responsible for development, testing, commissioning and on-site installation of MEYN Maxiload TWIN for live poultry handling in the international poultry market. Installations in Canada, USA, Spain and Israel: from PLC program development to HMI design and customer training.
TNT EXPRESS — Transport Systems with FIVES
Fives, French multinational leader in transport systems for international logistics, saw us collaborate on four systems for TNT Express: three installed in France and one in Norway. The project required development, startup, testing and customer training with advanced industrial automation and international coordination skills.
OCTOPUS — The MES Designed for Manufacturing SMEs
Crossover Software, a co-founded company, has been producing and distributing Octopus since 2016 — an innovative, non-intrusive MES designed for manufacturing SMEs. Cloud-based, no complex installations, no interference with existing processes. Used by 150+ Italian companies with 700+ connected machines.
MEYN LBH — Integrated Poultry Logistics Platform
Personal design and development of the complete platform for planning, transport and reception of live animals in the poultry sector. LBH software, whose delivery I led personally, is used by international players including Maple Leaf, Cargill, Indrol and Padesa. Covers the entire logistic chain from farm to processing.
Kiara Connect — Blockchain Certification of Industrial Data
Kiara Industries, a co-founded company, is Italy's leader in secure collection and signing of industrial process data via Blockchain. Kiara Connect, which I personally designed and developed, uses a patented process combining dedicated hardware and proprietary software to guarantee data integrity and legal validity. Data is admissible in Italian and European courts.
Simulation — Raw Material Storage Sizing
A large poultry company needed to verify whether daily raw-material intake space (live birds) was adequate. Through a discrete-event simulation we modeled reception, storage and handling, validated the holding area and identified critical intake bottlenecks.
Simulation — Minimizing Path Time Losses
An Italian Job Shop manufacturing company requested a plant layout analysis to optimize semi-finished part transport between stations. Through a DES simulation we highlighted path time losses and proposed an optimized layout that significantly reduced internal transport times, with measurable impact on productivity and costs.
Simulation — Poultry Hanging Area Optimization
In the poultry sector you often need the optimal mix of conveyor speed and operator count to maximize performance in the Hanging Area. A dedicated simulation model, now used daily as an operational tool, lets the client rapidly test scenarios (speed, staff, shifts) and pick the optimal configuration.
